The KTH Industrial Society (KTHIS) is a non-profit student association dedicated to advancing knowledge in scalable industrial production.

Our work is centered on small, automated, and modular manufacturing methods, which we see as key enabling technologies for a future of sustainable and resilient manufacturing. We hold the conviction that responsible manufacturing is essential for a better future, and that local production is vital for reducing environmental footprints, strengthening supply-chain resilience, and safeguarding human rights.

The Society’s activities are based on member-driven projects, educational events, and hands-on workshops designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. We provide a framework for members to develop technical expertise and foster the leadership qualities needed to drive sustainable industrial transformation.
