The Student Union at KTH (THS) is seeking a PhD Student Advisor to support doctoral students and contribute to a safe, fair, and sustainable doctoral environment at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
In this role, you will work operationally to support and guide doctoral students in complex situations, often related to supervision, employment conditions, and work environment matters. The work includes individual advisory meetings, preventive efforts, and collaboration with the doctoral section, trade unions, and KTH. The role is central to THS’s work to safeguard doctoral students’ rights and wellbeing.
The position is a permanent role at 80%, which will transition to full-time. The position is based at THS’s offices at KTH in Stockholm, with the possibility of limited remote work. Start date is by agreement, and recruitment is ongoing.
