  • Can only be booked by THS Chapters, THS Associations and THS Central.
  • This is a workspace – there should be no parties. Consumption of alcohol must under no circumstances occur in the premise.
  • Maximum number of people in the room: 30.
  • Bookable times:
    • 4 shifts per day:
      • 08-12
      • 12-16
      • 16-20
      • 20-00
  • Bookable 12 weeks in advance.
  • Other regulations:
    • When the booking expires, the station should be ready to be used by another group. This means that cleaning has to be done during the booked time slot.
    • The door to Gasqueparken must be kept closed. It is an emergency exit.
    • The door from the Kitchen to the corridor must be kept closed.
    • Using the premise as storage before or after the booked time slot is not allowed.
    • Respect other groups when playing music.
  • 6 kitchen areas with the following inventory:
    • Glass stove stops with 4 plates
    • Industrial model convection oven.
  • Shared inventory:
    • 3 Fridges.
    • 1 Freezer.
    • 3 Worktables on wheels.
    • 3 Industrial dish washer that adds detergent automatically.
    • 4 Washbasins with brush and detergent.
    • Cleaning cabinet with cleaning materials.
    • 2 Toilets outside the premise.
    • Sound system. Bring your own cable (RCA to 3.5 mm).
    • First aid kit

Full cleaning:

  • The premise must be restored to its original condition, including the furniture.
  • The floor must be swept and swabbed (change water frequently).
  • All other surfaces, such as benches, fridges, etc., must be wiped off.
  • Oven and stove must be cleaned.
  • The dishwasher must be emptied and cleaned.
  • The toilets must be cleaned, swiped and swabbed.
  • The fridges and freezers must be emptied.
  • The garbage must be disposed of to the 30-talskällare.
