- It is allowed to bring your own food to the cabin. Note that all food/drink taken must not be left behind.
- The cabin does not belong to a serving area, which means that tenants may bring their own alcoholic beverages and are responsible for compliance with the alcohol law. Alcoholic beverages cannot be ordered from THS.

General cleaning rules:
Osqvik must be cleaned and vacated no later than 12 PM on the last day of your stay. Please note that it is important that you read through the booking confirmation carefully before the event starts.
If the cleaning rules have been inadequately followed, a cleaning fee of SEK 1,600 is added and the charge is deducted primarily from the pre-paid deposit.
There are two options for getting to Osqvik: either by car (see map below) or by public transport.
